Welcome to Memozora, an online flashcard maker designed to enhance your learning through the science of spaced repetition. By creating your own flashcards on Memozora ("Service"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the Service.
Service Description
Memozora provides users with the tools to create custom flashcards, access multi-language dictionaries, and engage in various quiz formats. Our algorithm plans optimal quiz schedules based on individual progress, facilitating efficient learning.
Content Ownership and Copyright
a. User-Generated Content: Users retain copyright and any other rights they hold over the flashcards and content created on Memozora. We do not distribute or sell user content without permission.
b. Memozora Content: Except for user-generated content, all components of the Service, including software, graphics, and user interface, are owned by or licensed to Memozora. These components may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any purpose without express written permission from Memozora.
Modifications to the Service and Prices
Memozora reserves the right at any time to modify the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices of all services, including but not limited to monthly subscription plan fees to the Service, are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Memozora site or the Service itself.
